Fyligo Support

Quick answers for the file-first workflow.

Start with a file

Select a file from Fyligo, share a supported file into Fyligo from another app, or use Scan on a supported Android device. Fyligo then shows only relevant actions for that file type.

Where is my result?

After a successful task, use the result screen to open or share the output. Recent outputs also appear in local History while the underlying files remain available. Deleting an entry removes the app-managed output; keep an external copy if it matters.

Why does processing require internet?

Fyligo’s free, ad-supported experience checks for usable connectivity immediately before a task starts. The selected file is not uploaded merely for normal processing. If connectivity drops after local work begins, the task can continue.

Why is an action unavailable?

Actions depend on file type, device capability, and platform. Android document scanning requires compatible Google Play services. Current OCR recognizes the packaged Latin script only; Arabic OCR is not supported. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked with the correct password before applicable operations.

What if processing fails?

Confirm that the source is readable, that enough free storage is available, and that the file is not corrupted or restricted. Try a smaller batch when memory is constrained. Fyligo preserves the original file and presents a local error rather than silently replacing it.

Ads and privacy choices

Where required, Fyligo asks for privacy choices before requesting ads. If Privacy options appears in Settings, use it to review those choices. An ad load failure does not prevent a file task from continuing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
